TRUE Foundation: Truly a life-line

It is no longer news that Nigeria has the highest number of out of school children in the world. Some of these children, as brilliant as they may be, are in this situation because of their social economic background. They lack access to finance that would have enabled them to fund their education. This resulted in a waste of human resources and abject poverty. Establishing TRUE Foundation at this time to provide funding for financially challenged children can not be more apt. It recognised that "Knowledge is Power" and "Education is Key" and therefore seeks to use it as a means of empowering less privilege children to fight poverty. Instituting True Foundation in honour of Mr and Mrs A.U. Ugwumadu, a quintessential "gentle couple," is also worthy of note because their belief in education as the best weapon of maximising one's potentials. I therefore encourage the target group to avail themselves of this opportunity and everyone else to support True Foundation
